Enabling AHCI on Intel ICH9 XP

Hey, I had made a post over in motherboards a bit ago, but this seems to fit better here because people were unable to help. Finally found this guide today and after following the guide, the speed of the drive picked up significantly =] Hope maybe this helps another.

you suppose to enable ahci in bios before installing windows to avoid all the hassle:D but this works too.
