what can I do to fix this?
I can really hear it, and I hate it, when i hear that noise my mind tells me that the pc is lagging...
use rubber grommets or some kinda suspension for mounting your drive, if the hard drive is properly insulated you won't hear a peep even from a raptor

but is it normal?
or is the hdd going to die?
it depends on how the drive is mounted and was it doing it since new or did it start recently? if it's recent development then i would start backing up my data, test the drive using something like wd windlg and bart smart test because it might be dying.

What kind of drive is it? A lot of newer ones are pretty quiet and cheap. If you have a Raptor X you wont fix much.

You can try enabling AAM (every manufacturer except Seagate seems to support it). It might make seeking sound a little smoother.
