New ram came in.

I got some g.skill pc6400 2x2gb, and that's great. I'm going to put it in and enjioy it. Love the packaging more than any other ram I've had, but that's just packaging.

I opened it up, and on one of the sticks, the heat spreadder isn't touching the IC, infact it wasn't "snapped" into place. Should I take them apart, and re-atach it/bend it to fit, RMA it, or should it work just fine if I put a fan on it?

You can always take them off if you're really careful, considering the usefulness of heatspreaders is up for debate. Then again once you do that you void your warranty. Personally I'd just go RMA them.
