What is a good TV for gaming for under $1,000? I have been looking recently, and am not really sure what is good specs, and what not. I know that I am probably going to get a TV with high contrast ratio, and it also has to be a 37". What are some recommendations? Also, can somebody please give me some good information on what to or no to look for when making a purchase?
Another thing, should I try for a 1080i or 1080p? It seems that those are extremely rare in the 37" market. Is the 720p acceptable? Also, will I be hendered in the near future(less than 5years) for not buying a 1080i/p television set?
*I plan to upgrade to digital cable as well.
