There's one function I really love that WindowBlinds has: The ability to minimize windows by just right-clicking on any window's title bar. I don't really care about theming and I don't want to buy WindowBlinds for that one function. Is there any free app or registry tweak that will let me accomplish the same thing?

I use a Microsoft mouse and in Mouse Properties I set the Wheel Button to Minimize the highlighted window.

^A little tidbit that most don't know is that with most non MS mice (as long as it's wired) you can use MS mouse drivers and get those same functionalities. Great for generic mice, or even mice that don't have good OEM drivers, or as much functionality as the MS drivers.
