Tried searching... but the search results were too vague and brought up too many threads to read through...
Any way, I wanted to get some opinions from those people that have been able to compare a 24" PC monitor running at 1080p vs a 720p LCD TV (24" or around 24" range).
Is there a huge difference between the two? I am planning on getting either a Gateway FHD2400, a Westinghouse L2410NM, or a 720p TV (24-26") to be used as a Computer monitor as well as gaming monitor for my PS3. I have read that these two monitor's seem to be working fine with overscan issues and 1:1 pixel mapping. I am about to take the plunge, however I was wondering if a 720p TV would be better then a PC Monitor that is 1900x1200.
Since I can't quite make the jump to a nice 46" 1080p LCD TV yet, spending around $550 on either of these items will feed my satisfaction for the moment
Anyways... what do you think?
:D
