I've got a good case with good air flow, etc... but my video card is overheating after about 15 minutes of playing the UT3 demo. The screen flickers and has slashy mark thingys disrupting my gamming pleasure. I'm 99% sure it's a heat problem.

I've got a PCI exhaust fan mounted directly under the card to pull off extra heat but it's not enough. I have no heat issues during normal PC use or with other games. Just UT3.
Is it because UT3 is pushing my 8800GTX to the limit?
I am running it with everything cranked up to the max... Damn it's sweet...;)

Any suggestions for additional cooling?
Anybody else having heat issues running UT3 on the 8800GTX??

I did just purchase a Vantec Spectrum Fan Card that mounts in a PCI spot and has 2 fans that will blow directly on the video heat miser. Hopefully that will help.

My case is a little dusty inside, but nothing major.
I'll do a full cleaning and see if that helps. Couldn't hurt.

Is your 8800 gtx onboard fan set to 100% ? If not get rivatuner and set it up so that the video card fan itself runs at 100%. It only runs at 60% from the factory.
