Copy old passwords to newly installed windows XP

My win xp can't boot so I backup entire hard drive and now finished a clean install of win xp pro.

I want to migrate the following items to my new windows xp:
1. IE saved login name and passwords.
2. Live messenger accounts
3. Live messenger history

If you have access to your old Documents and Settings\username folder, you can try copying them to your new one.
