I'm following Eclipse's overclocking guide. I determined my FSB max is 263.68, and I'm currently determining my CPU max. On the first run through, the CPU's max was 244.46. I then increased the voltage 0.5, (1.41 to 1.45), and saw no gains. I then increased it again from 1.45 to 1.5, and saw no gains. Still stuck at 244.46.

The only current fault with my system (I made it to OC well), is my chipset fan. I have a DFI Lanparty Expert, so naturally the chipset fan died long ago. Because of this, the chipset temp idles at 52c.

If the high chipset temp is what's holding me back, how do I fix/replace the fan? (Keep in mind I have an x1900xt video card. Huge sucker.)

If the high chipset temp isn't the problem, what should I do?

Here but you'll need to remove the mobo to get the clips off to replace the old one. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835116003

Any other ideas as to what may be capping my CPU's clock? I'm following eclipse's guide word for word, but I'm getting no gains from increasing the CPU's voltage.
