How to format!!!

I left my thumb drive in the computer while i was formatting xp and it got like corrupted or something.. I tried formatting it after and it wouldn't let me.. What do i do?

need more info, what do you mean exactly by corrupted? does xp detect the jump drive? can you see it in explorer?

nvm got it.. had to create a partition

what exactly is "like corrupted"

im guessing it deleted the partition and i thought it was currupted.
