I am not sure how to best describe, but when you plug in a flash drive to your computer it makes a connect sound. My computer has been randomly making that sound when im using it with or without any portable device being plugged into a USB port. It makes the sound first, my system hangs for about 5 seconds, and then it makes it again and all returns to normal. Anyone have any idea how to stop this from happening? I am starting to wonder if its my SATA hard drive, but I am not sure what to do about it. I am currently using a NF4 based motherboard in my system with a seagate hard drive. Any help is greatly appreciated and I hope this is the right section.
