I never really fooled around with Group Policy settings that much, but here's a question. On a non-domain PC, where the Group Policy Editor was used to make some local changes, can those changes be exported somehow to be re-applied to a new computer? I'm thinking something along the lines of how a registry key can be exported, and then transferred to a new machine.

I know you can export the GPO Lists:
From a run box type 'gpedit.msc' once its open goto 'Action' then 'Export List'.
However as far as re-importing them, yea not sure there. :(
As far as on a Domain I know you can do quite a bit of stuff with the GPMC

However I do not know if you can use that with all its functionality without being on a Domain.
EDIT: doesn't look like there is a way to Export/Import Local GPOs :( only Domain Based GPOs can be moved around like that in the GPMC.
