42" Westy 1080p still have PS3 issues?

I'm about to pull the trigger on the 42" Westy and I wanted to know if it still has the PS3 handshaking issues?

I have the 37" and the latest PS3 update fixed the problem. So I would assume the issue is fixed on the 42" as well.
