Hard Drive Out of Phase

I just got one of the 7200.10 drives so that I could offload my files until I am able to go for a RAID array. I already have an array of 7200.7's, and now the drives are making sort of a wobbling sound. I learned a while back that of you have two, say engines from an aircraft that are spinning at slightly a different speed, you get a harmonic sound.

Has anybody had this before? What can I do?

That's almost certainly normal. The drives get different voltages (just slightly), so they spin at different speeds. It shouldn't hurt anything. You could mount the drives with rubber gaskets to prevent the noise if it bothers you.
