It's funny how many times this is asked, and yet the answers (and resultant lock) are always the same.

Is it possible? Yes
It is legal? No
Will the mods allow it to be discussed here? No.

I can prove it's possible, as I took this screen capture on an HP dc7100 (which is in my FS Thread *shameless plug*)

It's not illegal to research it though. OSx86 Project site will not tell you where to get the ISOs because it is illegal but information is widely available and legal.

My boss was going to buy a copy of it and I said let me see if it is possible first. So a legal purchased copy is illegal to install on a PC?

Yes, but it won't work without kernel patches.
