schedule downloads?

does anyone know of any application that can check if a folder on a remote FTP server has been updated and download the changed files or download specific files at a regular basis?

I'm not positive, but Powerdesk Pro provides both local sync functionality, and FTP funcionality, not sure if it can do sync over ftp or not, and I dont have it installed on this PC, but it's a great program.

FileZilla supports most of it's functions via the command line. You could set it to only download files that have updated and use the task scheduler to run it at regular intervals.
