program not running

I have a certain program that is a software based phone system, the weird thing is that when i dbl click on it to open it does nothing, so i opened task manager to see what is going on, shows up in applications and disappears with the program still not being opened. Im running windows xp sp2 on a dimension 5100 here. :confused:

well, its a program called Televantage, its a software based phone system. Basically we install the client which talks to the server, my computer is a p4 2.8 HT with 1gb of ddr4200, xp with sp2. I tried doing this by logging into the local admin account - nothing, same thing with domain admin account too. Televantage has a built in contact list, which you can drag and drop phone calls to certain people, you can set people in certain groups (sales, support, etc...). It worked fine a couple weeks ago. (I dont use the office phone much, I just leave it open if no one can contact me on my cell phone). Basically I dbl click on it of course nothing happens, so I leave tsk manager open then try to open it again. I can see it in the applications window, then it just dissapears and nothing happens.
