Website access Question. Plz look

So anyway my boss wants me to see if I can figure something out, though I dont think we should even be worrying about it. We have an extranet site, which we dont maintain in house. We have a customer in Pennsylvania that cant get in to it. It isnt an HTTPS site, just plain HTTP. All this customers other sites can. What could cause this ? I know this is like no information but it's all we really know. I think they proxy to another location for their web, but all the other sites can that do the same thing have no issue.

if everyone else in the world can get to it, and that person cant... then it sounds like *that* person needs to speak to *their* IT support person.

otherwise, about the only thing you can do on your end is to look at your web logs, and see if their IP is a) actually connecting, and b) possibly generating some error codes in your logs (ie, client disconnected, etc etc).

Thanks. I dont know why we are even looking into this.....but what the boss says goes..... :rolleyes:
