Safe temps for E6600 stock cooling

Hello first off im new to the forums, so high everyone

Here is my question, i just built a PC with a E6600 Conroe stock cooling, im idleing anywhere from 30c-37c depending on room temp of course, full load can range from mid 40's to mid 50's im not used to procerssers runing this hot, are these safe temps? i have seen mixed opinions on the subject.

Mine idles around 30C with the Thermalright 120 Ultra Extreme Heatsink and will get up around 50C under load, so I'd say your temps are normal.
