DX10 for XP/2000

Don't know if anyone posted this already or if this is even the right forum, but it looks like somebody is working on shoehorning DX10 on a MS OS other than Vista. Hopefully, this will work out. It could be the answer to those like myself who are intending to buy a DX10 card this year and very wary of upgrading to Vista with all its associated headaches...

DX10 won't be appearing for XP. Ever. A read through that thread should explain why. Please continue discussing it in that one ;)
