Been having some problems which i assume is due to some faulty memory, firstly cpuz was showing this for one of the ram sticks.

Realised something was up when the ram was only running at 168 mhz and my vista ram score was really low (used to be around 5.2)

Im not really sure if the rams at fault or its something im doing, i was under the impresion that the sn25p could support pc 4000 ram, ive tried to set the memclock to 250mhz and it fails to ressart, i just the fans al blowing till i reset the bios. According to shuttles site the system accepts:
Memory
Dual-channel DDR 400/333
(2) DIMM slots (2GB max)
333 would be pretty consistant with my ram speed at present which is
163.3mhz ddr = 326-ddr.
Is there any way of tweaking my settings to up my memory performance? Also im sorta concerned about the ram showing as 68xxxx as you can see in the cpuz pic, its one stick that does this and im not sure why. Ran memtest and it locked up after 37mins but no errors in that time period.
