Seems it's for end users only, and system builders can't participate, according to to the R&R.Most of the stuff offered can probably be found by itself with the rebates, so in reality, it's another big bunch of HOT AIR

It didn't see I was running Office 2007 though... I guess I can send them an email and see if they can manually send me the free stuff.
