360 freezing up

Is it possible to get a bad demo disc? I've gotten them before with my Playstation 2, where a demo would erase everything on a memory card and stuff, but i got the new oxm disc yesterday, with GRAW 2 on it, and when I tried to play GRAW 2, it locked up. I restarted and it did the same thing. I decided to watch a dvd, but it locked up. I actually played GRAW 2 demo earlier, but my batteries in my controller died. Id had enough of the demo, so I turned it off, and left. Now, whenever I try to play a game, be it Alien Hominid HD, Worms, or GoW, theres a short buzzing noise and everything freezes. Im getting the Red Circle of Death quite a bit, too. I've tried taking the HDD off, but I really don't know how I should be troubleshooting it. I'm on an AF base in Korea, so it'll be hard to get it sent to Microsoft. I can always pull a switch at the BX, by buying a new one, but I don't know what's wrong, so if it's the HDD, that wont help to much.

I doubt the demo disk caused your problem. It sounds like the system is about to die, and odds are it would have happened if you stuck a regular game in, rather then the demo disk. What your problem is, I have no idea, but did you try it without the hard drive? Just pull it off and then turn the thing on. If it keeps happening it's not the hard drive, and you can easily pop it back on. Sounds to me though you'll have to either exchange it, or send it in to Microsoft. That sucks.
