Theres been some talk about Windows Home Server(ive heard a simplified ws2003 for home backup/etc). Anone got any info other than CES stuff?

I know there is a beta you can download, if you sign up. I haven't done it yet. I was actually thinking about it as well. Since I know nothing about Linux, and assuming here that you cannot control power things like hibernation & standby (again, this is just an assumption on my part), I figured the home server might be interesting to try.

where can a dl the demo, do you know? a quick google search dident come up with anything :[

I found quite a bit of reviews, but they all seem to say the same thing. I'll probably just stick with Server 2003 anyway.

yeah I read most of these reviews in mid-jan after ms released it. I allready have ws2003 up and running, and im still trying things out. but this seems like it has everything I need in an easy package. The only thing that worries me is the 512 minimum RAM. resource hog?
