sata 2 vs sata 1

i was wondering if getting a sata 2 cable will make a noticeable difference on the harddrive with against using the regular sata cable on a sata 2 Harddrive. i know its twice as much bandwidth, but is it worth it and will it make loading maps on games like bf2142 more noticeable, or is it just good for just file transfering?

No, they are the same cable.

You are not able to even saturate a SATA I bus for a single drive, so it really is not a concern ;)
