Just got Vista installed last night and am having the same issue with my router as I had with the Vista beta. I was *really* hoping this would be fixed with the final. My router is a D-Link DI-604 and it works fine with Win9x, XP, Linux, and Xbox 360 but not Vista <grrr!>. Whenever I boot into Vista I have no internet connectivity and the tray icon says the following.
Currently Connected: to Undefined Network
Access: Limited Connectivity
If I reset the router by unplugging the power and plugging it back in it will get connectivity and work fine until the next time I reboot the computer. Anyone know a fix for this issue besides buying a new router?

Sounds like a bad router. I have no problems with mine. Oh I have a Netgear WNR854T router works great and 300mbps wireless and 1gbps wired.

I had the same problem with my Linksys router. A new Lan card driver fixed the issue for me. Give it a shot. Oh, I have an Asrock MB.

Ok, thanks. I have an Asrock mb too with Uli ethernet, off now to see if they have Vista drivers for mine.
They had no Vista LAN driver. I emailed D-Link and will see what they say.

I have the 939 Dual Vista and ULI. There is a new driver dated 1/10/2007 on the Asrock site. That is the driver that fixed it for me. I really don't think it's a router issue. Which MB do you have?

939 Dual SATA2, not the newer vsta one. There is no newer driver for the ethernet than the one I already have.I have got it working now. I reset my router to default settings and the only difference that is from my settings is that it allows ping on the wan side and allows gaming mode. That lowers my security a tad but at least it works now. It takes a long time for Vista to discover the connection though. Don't know why this is an issue on Vista when it works fine on every other OS and even the Xbox 360.

I just checked the drivers again and it's kind of odd that both our mb's use the same ethernet chipset but only yours has a beta Vista driver. The XP driver for both mb's is the same driver from what I can tell. I dowloaded that Vista driver and may try it even though it isn't listed for my mb.

Maybe you can find the drivers here (http://www.nvidia.com/page/uli_drivers.html). Hope this helps.
