I figured out that vista have a power options that set to default to normal ( which put the hard drive to sleep ) I have 2 hard drive when sometime i was hearing that clip sound i was wondering if vista was too heavy for my hard drive or something. If you go Into power Option under control Panel, Click on Performance and advanced Option. Go to Hard Drive and select Never.
