Best 19'' LCD on a budget?

What's the best 19'' out there for gaming priced under, let's say $200? I almost got a 941BW open box from newegg for $180, but of course it sold out at the last minute.
I'd prefer 16:10 over 16:9 (in my quick research doesn't look like there's a whole lot of 16:9 monitors out there any more, at least in that size range), and widescreen over non.

Thanks for the tip! I got one and it looks very nice for the price. I honestly think the contrast is better than my old CRT.
