XP Pro-Transferring user files to another user

I'm helping someone over the phone and I have a problem. An employee quit but before he quit, he changed his user PW. Now the GM can't get into his user files.

We still have access to the admin account.

What is the easiest way (to explain over the phone if possible) to snag those user files through the admin account? If need be, I can drive there and do it myself but I thought you guys might have some ideas how to do it easily. Thanks in advance.

login to the admin account, go to the guys profile, and start copying shit. Its not like its hard.
