win2k daylight savings update

anyone know of a quick fix to update the registry for win2k to reflect the new dst updates?
as in a premade registry file to run or something else to automatically change it so i dont have to go and change every key manually?

I have used it on several machines and it works as advertised. Also, the source code for it (in Delphi) is available on their site if you are suspicious.
