Is there any difference between the oem version and box version of Vista Home Premium, or any of them?

OEM licenses are tied to the computer they are installed on. If you move the license to another computer (or change the mobo), you have broken the EULA.

Unless you are with MSDN, stick with the retail box.

So I bought an OEM copy of Windows xp x64. I can't put it in another machine??
