I have a Lian-Li PC-V1000 Plus II and the Intel BAd axe 2 Mobo. I was wondering if anyone knows if the Zalman 9700 or 9500 cpu heatsink+fan fit without bumping into the aluminum divider (the one that separates the power supply and mobo compartments)?

Well Im guessing you found out it didn't fit. Im on here for that very reason. I guess I'll have to take the divider out...

The problem is that with the wideness of the fan and the air direction of the rear intake, depending on how close the cpu socket is to the edge of the board, the 9700 may touch the mobo/psu compartment divider. So much so that it prohibits installation.

Lucky you, ya my Evga 680i A1 has its socket close to the divider, so im making a cutout on the divider where it touches.
