WiiMotes randomly stop syncing

My brother woke up this morning to play WIi with his friend because we just got a another nunchuck, and now the two controllers we have will not sync. I've tried messing with the sync button numerous time to no avail.

Try replacing the batteries.

You can also clear all sync settings by turning the unit on and waiting for the black Warning screen to come up with the white letters that says press a to continue. There you hold the red sync button on the front of the wii down for like 20 seconds then resync your wiimotes. Thats in the manual somewhere.

That's happened to me a couple times, I just unplug the unit and plug it back in, works everytime.
