Ok I've been trying to find an easy way to change the icon for ALL file folders, but can't seem to do it right. I have the icon I want, just need to know how to do it.

Second, I only have three objects on my desktop (My Computer, Recycle Bin, and a single folder) and I want to know if there's a way to have them not show their names below the icon. I can tell what is what by the icon, and I think it would look cleaner if the names weren't there.

Thanks.

As for changing the icons, you can go under Tools > Folder Options > File Types, and find file folders there. It should give you an option to change the icon.

AngryJim :mad:Change the name to the null character.
i.e. right click, rename, delete all characters, hold down the <ALT> key and type 255 on the numeric keypad, press <ENTER>
