I just bought a new Raptor Hard Drive and i installed it formatted it using ntfs. I then decided to do a clean install of Windows Vista RTM (I have a MSDN Subscription) so its not stolen. It installed fine i copied my outlook file, documents, favorites, and some music and video files to the new drive. However when i boot the computer it ask me whether i would like to boot into xp or vista. How do i get rid of this? I thought i could just edit the boot.ini file but i cant seem to find one.

You might be able to find those options in the System Properties. The reason why you have the choices is because you formatted the drive before starting the Vista install. It's always better to leave the drive unformatted when installing a version of Windows, and set the partitions up during the install.

Right click on computer and select properties.
On the left hand side select Advanced System Settings
System Properties should appear and select the Advanced Tab.
Under start up and recovery, select settings.
Under the startup and recovery settings you can deselect Time to display list of operating systems to make it 0.

It's "you're", not "your".
djnes has the right idea, as usual. If you're serious about doing a clean install of Vista and Vista alone, redo it and let Vista wipe the drive at the appropriate point (meaning delete the partition, recreate the partition, then choose it for the installation - Vista will then format it itself) and go from there.
In fact all you really need to do is delete the partition during the setup, then just choose that "drive" for the install; Vista will repartition it as one big drive, format it with NTFS and go right into the installation.
Hope this helps...
