Hih.. 23 inches? If so it's very small for a 1080p TV. I'm not sure if it's 1920x1080 or 1920x1200 though as it says both on the spec list. It's a huge border even for a TV with a tuner. a lot of the spec is pretty negative:

No Sign of component inputs
'FULL HD' huh?.. No, it has no support for 1080p video input
Contrast is very low for an LED system
Brightness is also unusually low
Viewing angles are poor (Compared to P-MVA / S-IPS screens)
Responce times are high (Compared to any modern PC screen)
Supports MOST of the Adobe RGB colour space (H-IPS screens also support this and other LED system do more than 100%)

Hmm...It looks like that display uses the very dated AUO M230UW01 V0 23" LED backlit P-MVA panel. The specs are almost identical.
