Has anyone found all 30? I've found 28 and am almost convinced 30 tags do not exist =[

This is I can't remember where I picked up the 26 I have now.

The red Skull and Gear symbol is always visible somewhere near the cogs. Usually on a wall, sometimes up high, but always there. Whenever you see that symbol, just start hunting in that general area, they are always close by.
