where's my 2nd hard drive

i installed the seagate sata2 drive in my sig as my main windows drive. for some reason i cannot access my maxtor ide drive. windows finds it and lists it in my device manager but when i open "my computer", it's nowhere to be found. i would appreciate your help. thanks.
