I noticed that Newegg has MCE 2005 for $109 with a free upgrade to Vista Premium.

The only catch is that you have to pay around $20 shipping and handling to get your new OS. That comes to a grand total of only $139.
The prices that I have seen for Vista Premium upgrade range from $159 to 179. Either way you are saving between $20 and $40.
So, if we want vista, should we get MCE now to save some money? Also, will the MCE copy we bought stay active? That would be awesome if it did because you would be getting a discount on Vista and an extra OS thrown in there too!
