I have an HP/Compaq server in my office and all my files data is in HP / COMPAQ - 36.4 GB 10000 RPM 68 PIN LOW VOLTAGE DIFFERENTIAL / SINGLE ENDED 3.5 INCH ULTRA 320 SCSI NON HOT PLUGGABLE HARD DISK DRIVE, can i connect this hard drive to any motherboard because it has different PIN structure then what we normally have on our motherboard and secondly guide me about motherboard it can be compatible to.

You need a scsi controller, no way around it, to access that drive.

To be more specific, you can get a PCI SCSI card that will interface with that drive. You just need a modern PC with a free PCI slot. Don't forget the proper 68 pin cable.
BTW that is not actually an HP hard drive, it is most likely a rebadged Seagate - so it is a standard drive, no compatibility issues or anything.
