So my friend calls me and says he had to reboot his laptop sine IE stopped responding on him. He is running Windows XP Home. When the system then starts to reboot, it asks him to start in Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/ Networking, Safe Mode w. CMD, and LKG Config.
He has tried LKGC and it reverted back to this weekend and still wont load the OS.
What do you guys recommend we do? Any obvious things we should try 1st? I have
not seen this on a XP machine so I thought I would ask here.
