When one of the users logs in the program that normally starts is not starting up. I have gone into the terminal services manager and logged the user off, as well as reset them multiple times. I have gone into test manager and closed all instances of the program inluding instances from all users. I've gone into the main program directory and tried to run the program, it beings to load (you see the hr glass) and then the hour glass goes away and nothing happends. Is this a problem within terminal server or the actual program itself? Thanks in advance for any help.
