Anyone know what software comes with wd externals

I have a WD external but I don't have the backup software.
Is there a place on the WD site that I can dl it from?
What is the name of the software?

I tried others but they all detect hd brand and won't work.

What type of WD external? I have the MyBook and it just has the WD button manager with backup stuff. If you have a part number or type it would help :)

I have EMC Retrospect Express 7.5. I received this from WD as compensation from a class action lawsuit against WD for misreporting the size of their drives in the past. I can't tell you what's on their current drives now but I bet their website can. I haven't actually used it yet however.
