Firmware update for seagate disk?

Hi!
I want to ask if there is a way to update the firmware on my Seagate 320 7200.10 hd. Mine is 3.AAC and this one in techgage review is 3.AAD http://techgage.com/viewimg.php?img=/reviews/seagate/barracuda_720010_320gb/drive_1.jpg&desc=Seagate%20Barracuda%207200.10%20320GB .

Probably not, and it could destroy your data to do so. Firmware changes can mean different on-disk formats. I'd leave it the way it is unless you have a pressing reason to do otherwise.
