Activation Question - 2 windows, want to swap XP's

Hello, i have a question regarding activation that i hope someone can answer:

Currently I am using a SFF PC, at school i got windows xp 64 professional cheap, so i installed it into the SFFPC and activated.

I've got another PC coming in that i will use as a file/print server, here is where my question comes from.

I want to buy Windows XP Media Center off newegg and install it into the SFF PC (after its formatted of course) and use the copy of windows xp 64 pro onto the new computer.

Will I be able to activate the windows xp 64 on the new computer using the same old cd key? I sincerely hope so because i spent money on the liscense and would hate to be locked into using it on 1 pc...

Yes it will activate.. if not it will make u call microsoft and activate over the phone..

Tell MS, should you need to call, that the PC was destroyed in a fire or somesuch
