cant access task manager

hiii!

k, i'm logged in as Administrator, and when I right click on the taskbar i get this

i have NOD32 running, and my hijack this scan is clean... and webroots spyweeper finds nothing, so whatever virus i had is now gone... but i still cant access the task manager..
i try the run > tskmng <enter> and that dont worth either... so somehow the policy or something in the registry has locked me out???

anyone have any ideas ???

This is one thing that some AV and Spyware scanners have to check for, to see if this reg key has been modified. I don't know about up to date definitions and versions but last time I did a spyware removal job for someone, I had to google the reg key, but some av's should reset it back to default. Also some other things are left behind, like "script errors" when you open services.msc.
