burnt crt.. what should i do?

So i bought a used 22" viewsonic p220f two days ago for 130$ can. Today i am in my living room when all of a sudden i hear a few "bangs" so i quickly run to my room and notice my monitor is not posting at ALL... The crt was connected into a power bar with my pc + fan + phone charger.. Is this a big problem that'll cost me more then what i paid for the monitor to fix or a small common problem? What are my choices and what should i do??!?!

Note: I do not want to spend another 5-600$ on a new screen.

Its shot, cost more then 130 to fix the thing. Its a shame too that was a great price.

i just got off the phone with viewsonic canada and they said they would replace it and i dont need any proof of purchase because when i supplied the serial number it showed that it was a recent purchase... But i bought it off a friend.... so right now i am really confused but relevied... Can anyone give me advice on what i should tell'em when i call back? Like maybe: "The place where i bought it from didn't have any in stock so they told me to call you guys"?
