Downloadable? If so where? I've searched using microsoft junk, using google and looked around http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/default.mspx found nothing.

Is there a reason you want that specific tool? Or are you trying to determine how your machine will run Vista?
The reason I am saying that I don't think the tool is available for download as it comes with Vista itself (from what I have been reading). If you are trying to do the latter then try - http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/upgradeadvisor/default.mspx and download the UpgradeAdvisor.

Comes with vista?! lol then whats the point of the tool.
It's for company I work for, see if and what systems can handle vista.

Upgrade advistor: Sorry, you must be running windows xp or vista.
Oh well win2k is too old to run it.
