How do I get the os x look on xp, specifically the lower bar of floating programs to choose from. Any free software would be awesome, thanks.

If you want a mac, buy one. Making XP look like OSX will just remind you that you want a mac and dont have one every time you turn on your pc :P
You'll be missing fundamental attributes of what you are emulating for one. For example, the OSX menu bar up top is context sensitive to what program you have focus on. You might be able to emulate the *look* of that bar, but you'd be lacking the functionality, so why bother?
(I tinked with a lot of XP themes long ago and imo it was more trouble than it was worth. Your mileage might vary, but be aware its not all its cracked up to be)

Well...
Windows theme:
- Patched uxtheme.dll MY RECOMMENDATION
Patcher (http://www.portraitofakite.com/downloads/Universal%20UXTheme%20Patcher%20v1.3.zip)
Run the patch and restart. Then go here (http://browse.deviantart.com/skins/windows/visualstyle/?view=1&order=9&limit=24). You can use any of those themes. After downloading, go to C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes. In the file you downloaded, there will be folders containing a .msstyles file and, usually, at least one Shell folder. Copy the folder containing those things into the Themes folder. It might include many variations, but the end result should be like this: ...\Resources\Themes\<Name of theme>\(msstyles and Shells go here). Just run the .msstyles file and it should work.
- WindowBlinds
Google it. It's easier but seems to be bloated and slow. I don't like it. It's also not free.
Top menu bar:
- Don't do anything MY RECOMMENDATION
I think the Windows taskbar is better than the OSX one.
- ObjectBar
Most people use this, Google it.
Dock:
- RocketDock MY RECOMMENDATION
This is the only one I've used without any problems.
- ObjectDock, Y'z Dock, MobyDock, RKLauncher, AquaDock, etc
They all have their problems and bugs. RocketDock owns them all IMO.

Yeah, there's also that. It's the all-in-one quick method, but be careful, as it might not be completely uninstalled when you want it to.

That's what happened when I installed a CrystalXP pack. Changes all the folders to look like the vista theme.
So here I am on Windows X64 still occasionally seeing the aftermath. Well, I fixed most of the folders back to their original icons, but it was just weird to see that crap after a format.

I used this Vista one and that happened. I just reinstalled...
