I have 2 external enclosures, both Kingwin TL-35CS, and they support USB 2.0 and SATA, not eSATA.

Is it safe to run "L" shaped SATA internal wires outside of the PC next to the other wires that are usually behind the PC?

I found a SATA to ESATA bracket, however, then I would need eSATA cables, but my enclosure is only SATA. So does anyone know where I can buy external shielded eSATA ("I") to SATA ("L") cables cheap and from a reputable seller?

Any other ideas will be appreciated.

What's your definition of "safe"? It'll work, and work well. But it'll be kind of fragile, and there's an outside chance you'll have an electrical interference problem.

and I bet there are more places with better prices. But at least that's confirmation that they exist
